Challenge

A listed company, which operates in the transport and logistics sector, wanted to develop its operations by streamlining processes, which created a need for various robot / RPA solutions and intelligent interpretation of documentation at different stages of the logistics process, e.g. In the HR process, data collection and further processing of incoming deliveries in own processes, reading of e-mails and data transfer for ERP use.

Solution

The customer ended up with RPA and CDA solutions, and 10 processes have been made at this stage. In the future it is planned to utilize solutions for various areas of intelligent automation and the development of additional processes.
